Tired of the long waiting for donation s

all donations are from now on processed by the server, so aj have not to check it anymore and set it.

Do not ask moderators ingame to check their donator status (if its received etc), only head admins (aj, ghost, superfun) can check these.

Donations are processed each half hour, so it would take up a hour untill you should get your donator.
